Tampa Bay Rays players may have the moves on the field, but can they strut on the runway?
Next week we’ll find out. Rays players along with their wives and girlfriends hit the runway on Wednesday, June 25 for a good cause. Rays on the Runway is a fashion show to benefit the Children’s Dream Fund, an organization that grants dreams to seriously ill children.
The fashion show features fashions from Tommy Bahama, Don Me Now and Penelope T Boutique. VStylist and TBO Seen’s fashion contributor, Tamy Lugo will be styling the Rays players. Lugo said she is thrilled to help with such an entertaining event that touches the lives of children in our community.
“I have fun being able to dress the players for this event. They’ve all been willing and ready to take time from their busy schedules to come down and meet with us at Tommy Bahama to be styled and fitted,” Lugo said.
The fashion show will take place at the Renaissance Vinoy Resort in St. Petersburg at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets also include a meet and greet with the players and a silent auction.
